SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS 

FREE SHIPPING: 

At Lulu's Cat Store our motto is to keep it simple: We will ship all US orders, unless otherwise noted on the product page,  for FREE!  No minimum order amount is required.

SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES ON DOMESTIC ORDERS:

The majority of the products that we carry ship within 3 days.  If the product is shipping directly from one of our manufacturers the time-frame might vary.  

SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We charge a flat rate of $15.00 on international orders. Please note that not all of our products can be shipped internationally. If you are an international shopper interested in placing an order with us, please contact us first with the product(s) you are interested in purchasing so we can let you know if they can be shipped internationally. We apologize for this but it will save many headaches for all involved prior to any order being placed.

SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We always list the estimated shipping times on the product pages. We do request that our international customer’s allow a little extra time for delivery since products need to go through customs. 

PRODUCTS ON BACK-ORDER:

In the event that you order a product that happens to be on back-order, we will notify you immediately to give you the opportunity to either continue with your order or cancel it.
